I’m running up the street {thru 2 flashing lights…} to get a full-leaded fountain coke and a chicken sandwich… plain. In case you were wondering what I was going to do next. Let’s hope there is a more intelligent person working the drive thru this afternoon than there was this morning. She couldn’t quite grasp what I meant by a “skim-latte.” She said “would you like that with whole milk” three times before I, probably a bit too harsh, said NONFAT LATTE, please. At least I threw in a please which was followed by a thank you but anyway, I felt a tiny bit bad about yelling at the McCafe girl. Oops.

I went to church this morning and it was really nice. Mandy sat to my left and my dad to my right. Jeff was one seat away. I love having my entourage surrounding me… of course, we were sans Kiks but you get the point. I left with that warm and cozy feeling inside.
