Okay, so The Kiks and I got absolutely hysterical in the car yesterday.
Nina: {said something about the blog}
Kiks: Speaking of the blog, I was reading the other day and noticed that you use “whole made” for something made from scratch or at home.
Nina: Well, is that not right?
Kiks: {Laughing} Ummm… it’s “homemade.” {Laughing}
Nina: I googled it and people seem to use “whole made” as well.
Kiks: No.
Nina: Well, then why didn’t you call me immediately, leave a comment or something. I can’t believe you waited until now. Now, I look like an idiot to my Readers.
Kiks: Well, you’ll just have to write a post about it.
Nina: I also can’t believe Kelly didn’t catch it… she’s normally very good about that stuff.

Dear Readers,
Please forgive me for my grammar oops!
Love,
Nina
p.s. I cannot get away from the {adult sites} either. When I googled “homemade”… Homemade {stripper} poles was the second and/or third thing to come up. What the heck!
p.s.s. The next time I write something stupid like that… please tell me!! Deal?

oh dear Nina you are too funny…and have you had a chance to ask your dad about April???
Nina, it’s a deal…but, it wasn’t serious. Some people don’t like to have their manner of speaking corrected. Perhaps that’s why none of the girlies corrected you.
haha…. oh goodness, i did something similar back in the middle of wedding planning.
i wrote about being in the “throws” of wedding planning.
the correct word is “throes.” i’m an idiot!
It was driving me crazy and I can remember three times that you used it! I wasn’t going to write it. I thought of a subtle email to you, but wanted to talk to you about it in person to see if you actually pronounce the “l”. It is a Ninaism. It is homemade, as in made at home. However wholemade could be made in entirety. Thanks Kiks
I’m dyin here on this story w/ your mom. I have to agree w/ Kiks though, I don’t think it’s “whole-made”……..but I admit I like the usage. funny times my friend
I didn’t even notice, sorry Nina!
Haha! That’s so cute! I didn’t atch it either!
oh Nina…this is hilarious…i misuse words everyday I am quite sure
but i just go with it! ha
I didn’t even notice the error… then again I have poor grammar issues so that may very well be why
