I cannot believe it’s Wednesday already! Since I’ve started my new job, Tuesdays are my busiest day of the week. Our weekly staff and traffic meetings are Tuesday mornings and it’s the first work day of the week for my largest client. So it’s as if I have two Monday’s each week! This would also be explanation of how I simply did not realize it was Tuesday yesterday until almost 11 pm!
“CRAP, I FORGOT TARGET TUESDAY! GAH! I’M SUCH A BAD BLOGGER.”
I hope that you can excuse me for my lack of posting for just a little bit longer! I’m still transitioning into my new schedule. Once I get it down pat, I know it will be much easier to fit in a blog post or two during my morning routine (like today).
Since I can’t seem to keep up with my regular blogging schedule, I’m going to fill you in on a hodgepodge of stuff!
A Southern Accent gave 10 of her readers a $50 off with $100 purchase coupon for Old Navy. I WON. So, yesterday I ran out to Old Navy during my lunch break and picked up the following items. I’m so glad I went into the store and tried everything on before purchasing because I was not a fan of a lot of times I had checked out online the day before.
I bought this tee in a bright orange with white stripes – LOVE for after work, Saturday mornings etc. I did not like the solid colors as much as the stripes.
I would NEVER order this shirt online but in person the material is so soft & adds a little flair to a standard tee. I bought in both black & white.
I’m wearing this today with black tights & black riding boots. It’s a bit short for MY bare legs. Now, if my legs were tan sticks like the model in the above picture, I’d be singing a different tune!
Last on the list, I’m hoping to pair this sweater with my American Apparel Winter leggings… they are more like a pair of pants. I just love them! I’m going to finish off this outfit with my riding boots or maybe even my Hunter wellies on a rainy day. What do you think?

I’m trying to get a picture of me with the bag but it’s not working out so well. My Blackberry takes HORRID pictures. Plus, I need to fill it up a little more to get the “look.”
Along with the bag was the sweetest note & to be honest with you, the note beats the bag by a hundred miles! I feel like the luckiest girl in the whole world today and very very loved!

How fabulous is that surprise??? OMG! I think he is certainly a keeper! So glad you found some good things at ON – I too had a similar issue with things I picked out online not being what I expected – some of their stuff is just too scratchy and thin, but then you find some great things like those solid tees!

How special! And those sweaters are too cute, but they don’t have them in my colors anymore. Sad!
Love the dress with tights. I am having such an issue with my dresses/shifts/skirts “riding up” the front of my thighs when I wear tights! I’ve sprayed the tights and garments with static guard…but it still happens. Do you have this issue???
