Good morning, sweet readers!! It’s Thursday and the forecast says there is a chance for rain. Shocker! I’m in the hearth room this morning, enjoying a huge latte and recovering from that 3rd (or 4th) glass of wine I should not have drank last night.

1) My beautiful and thoughtful friend, Jennifer (with her adorable daughter, C) sent me this picture yesterday and it absolutely made my day! First of all, could they be any cuter? I don’t think so! Second, I’m so grateful for her never ending kindness and thoughtfulness to me!! Thank you again, Jennifer! Best gift.

So happy that you got a kick out of the photo, NIna. Little C and I walk by the Nina’s cafe here in Baltimore every Wednesday on our way to our weekly pizza-night-mother-daughter date and I always smile and think of you!
