As soon as Hallmark released the musical cards, they quickly became a birthday tradition for our family!
We dined at the Global Gourmet. We go to the Global quite often but it’s the infamous Sprehe Family Birthday Spot!
Their slogan is… “Food from the Continents, Cocktails out of this world” Discovering the world, one bite at a time. The GG is located at 104 E. Jackson St. Carbondale, Il 62901 (on the square). Locally owned and operated by Chef Andrea Barclay & Mr. Tip O. Cook. They do a remarkable job and I always eat way too much when I’m there.
This was my dinner… Lemon Chicken something or other with Ricotta filled rainbow raviolis in a very light sauce with asparagus. Oh yea… it was De-lici-ous!
