It’s Wednesday, Leila normally fills us in on her exciting new life in Bama in the Bergdorf’s to Bama segment but not this week because she is busy celebrating her birthday with family & special guest Baby Q. Leila loves being an aunt as much as I do & everyone knows that is A LOT, therefore I told her to take the week off. I found an adorable Chanel handbag birthday cake (which you may have caught in your reader earlier this morning) that I really wanted to post but WordPress screwed up that plan royally. When it comes to this blog, I like things to look the same from post to post and the linkwithin crap is really starting to make me mad. I do not like when the word links pop up instead of the boxes therefore I deleted the post. Plus, WordPress is moving slower than a snail today and would not let me edit already published posts. GAH.
Enough about that, I’m working at J’s office today. Their office manager had to go out of town unexpectedly so they called me in to help them out. It’s been quite fun so far. I interviewed four people this morning for an assistant position they have open and have three more interviews this afternoon. Wow, I forgot what it’s like to interview people. Interesting to say the least!
J keeps saying “he owes me BIG”…. I’m thinking a handbag seems like a suitable “thank you” gift, don’t you?

I think a nice purse or perhaps some fab fall boots are in order.

I did catch the birthday Chanel bag yesterday – super cute – and can empathize when it comes to technology glitches. I’m experiencing a “no service” iPhone problem this very moment which is annoying…
On a more positive note, I agree…a handbag seems like a BIG thank you gift! Tons of options available right now, too, as designers are moving things quickly to bring in new Fall collections. No matter what, that was sweet of you to help out and I’m sure he appreciates it BIG time.

Oh interviews… I much prefer to be the interviewer to the interviewee… but either way they can be a bit cumbersome! I think a fantastic handbag might make it worth the effort!
