Target Tuesday: Turtlenecks & Ruffles

For my ruffle-lovers! I’m anxious to try this on in person to check the length. If it fits, I will make one mine.

As most of you know, I love all things navy blue!!

I’m not sure how I feel about the brand name of this dress, but the dress is too cute not to post
