So it’s Sunday afternoon and I’m a still-in-my-lounge-pants-no-makeup-hair-on-top-of-my-head gal today… a terrible storm rolled in this morning and knocked the electricity out all around town except for my parents house, therefore everyone ended up at 703 for lunch & a movie!! Cousins, Jason and Dana came over, not only for electricity but to also tell us they’re expecting another baby! We were thrilled to hear the news and are very excited for them. Congrats, Crain Family!
G & V are working VERY hard in V’s new work-room today. Lowe’s finally delivered her counter tops yesterday and it is coming together quite nicely. Izzy is keeping us all (Kiks mostly) pretty busy as well… she quickly got the nickname “Bizzy Izzy.”
I’ve been trying to work on Christmas card designs this morning but it’s not going over too well. It’s hard to think “snow, santa, candy canes and christmas trees” when you have flip flops on. I’m seriously considering getting a pumpkin spice latte from the Bucks and putting on my Ugg boots to see if that helps! I’m up for anything at this point… Can you imagine it… Me in my hole (as everyone likes to call my office) with shorts on, a tank top & my chocolate brown Uggs… sipping a latte. Pretty funny, if I might say so myself.
