My Chicago MOHs and Bridesmaids are hosting a Girl’s Weekend-Bachelorette Party for me. I lost it when I opened the pink sparkly envelope and found these over-the-top invitations inside!! The countdown is on… 10 days and we’ll be taking on the Magnificent Mile and all of my favorite places in the city that I fell in love with oh so many years ago. The girls have an entire weekend planned for us. In the words of Tina Turner, they’re “simply the best!”
Seeing SATC2 at Roosevelt Collection is one of the main items on our agenda. I’m still really excited even though the movie is getting horrible reviews. It almost makes me more anxious to see it since I do tend to like movies that get terrible ratings.

that invitation is fabulous. perfect for you! i saw the movie last week– and while i love seeing the gals back in action, the clothes, the characters, etc. i wouldn’t say that i LOVED it… it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t the first one. regardless, your bachelorette party will be so much fun! you deserve it sweet twin. can’t believe your wedding day is just two months away!!

I saw the movie last Thursday, and personally, I liked it better than the first. It was more upbeat for me, and I laughed a lot. I enjoyed the first one, but Steve’s cheating and Big’s initial leaving SCARED me. Hope you enjoy it!
I just went to see SATC2 to kick of a bachelorette party weekend and it was a great idea! I didn’t feel the whimsy of the first movie, but it was definitely good and had some hilarious parts. We all laughed and cried – so I call that a movie success even if it wasn’t SATC1. The invitations are fabulous!

Those invitations are amazing – what great friends you have! I saw the movie over the weekend and while I don’t think it is going to win any Academy Awards I was thoroughly entertained. My niece enjoyed it also, but thought it was not as good as the first on. I also thought they took on some pretty serious topics… enough said until you see the movie. Have a wonderful time!

– trip to Chicago was for my friend Erin’s bachelorette party – we had the BEST time! I’m sure yours will be equally as perfect!!!
I love the invitation, and have no doubt that you will have a fabulous time! We went to Chicago for my bachelorette party last summer, and we had a fantastic time!! I wish I could relive that weekend over and over again!

I saw the movie last night. I thought it was really cute. No, it’s not Oscar worthy but it was really funny and and all around cute movie. The first one had a little more depth and seriousness to it but it’s always good to see “the ladies” again, ya know?

The invitations are to die for! I know you will have an amazing time, Chicago is the perfect city for a bachelorette party! I saw SATC2 last week. While it is not as good as the first one, I still really enjoyed it! I guess I just can’t get enough of the characters and their friendship, no matter how good the story line is. Enjoy!

I saw it last night and LOVED it. It was so much more about the girls this time around which was what I loved about it. However, the ending is a touch unrealistic in my opinion.
