It was so great to see the girls in the spirit of all things Maroon – at SIU Homecoming yesterday. We met up later in the evening (after much needed naps & dinner… tailgating & afternoon drinking at Sidetracks did a number on all of us, I think) at one of our old hangouts! It was great to catch up with Jen in person and not through the Blogosphere for a change! And, as you all know, M and I see each other pretty often (haha) but it was a nice change of scenery for us too!
Okay… I have to get ready for the Palin Fundraiser now. I’ll post more about my reunion with The Sig Kaps girls later. Jessie K, it was grrreat to hangout and I’m sorry I didn’t make it to brunch this morning. We must hangout more often. And, I’m delighted to know that you are quite the Loyal Reader of this little blog of mine!!
