need. want. must do.

by Nina on January 19, 2009

I found this in Southern Living January 2009 – you can read the article here. I’m fully obsessed with this idea… If only I would have read the magazine BEFORE I went to Target just hours ago (I would have purchased all the items to put this together). I’m seriously considering putting my coat and gloves back on and heading to my closest retail establishment right now. Isn’t it the greatest idea? Thank you, Southern Living!

my grandmother has a vanity like that in her dressing room. it was a really fun place to play dress up.

Yes, I saw this the other day and about had an attack. I have a built in vanity in our master bedroom just like this with the mirror that pulls up as well. My vanity would be perfect for this idea, I might need to go buy some rocks and clear containers to do this myself. When/If I decide to do this, I’ll take a picture for you.

That is a great idea. I was just looking at train cases the other day, but this is so much better. I might try this and use leftover vases from our wedding.
