I’m guilty of putting a lot of work into gift-giving (which is not a bad thing in my opinion). I’m normally so excited that I have hard time waiting until the birthday or shower to give the person the gift. I gave Mandy her birthday gift a little over a week before her birthday and it’s a really good thing that the FedEx man delivered Kelly’s Bumbleride the day of the shower or I would have given that to her before hand too! I’m so bad.

I’m a huge fan of giving non-traditional gifts at showers. Think about it… with both weddings and babies… they aren’t spending money on themselves so just imagine the reaction you would get from your gal-pal!
