I have exactly one hour before I need to be out the door. I spent my morning/lunch with my fave local photographer, Leigh Bedokis. Leigh is not only a phenomenal photographer, she is also an uber-cool gal! We have so much fun when we get together to bounce ideas off of each other & brainstorm new projects. Look for Leigh’s name more and more on ATN. Exciting things to come!
J and I, along with my parents, are on our way to STL to watch the Cardinals… hopefully win & not in 15 innings like last night. When you drive two hours there and two hours back, 15 innings is a bit much. I’m dressed in my dark blue Joe’s jeans, one of my favorite white tees & my chunky red necklace. Debating whether or not to wear my Cards hat. I can’t decided… oh, decisions decisions. Of course, I’m more excited about the margaritas than the ballgame but that will be our little secret, okay?

Question for my fellow Rebel users: Do you carry your Rebel around with you all the time? Do you carry it in your purse? If so, what kind of bag/purse do you carry?

I carry it around with me a lot in my purse, but I worry about it. I try to wrap it in a towel or something to keep it protected, but I should try and find some kind of soft case for it. I have a knockoff Balenciaga motorcycle bag that I got in chinatown (nyc). it’s a great size for the camera, wallet, phone, probably even an extra lens. it’s a pretty big purse.

Just responding to your question about the camera – I have a canon camera bag I got when I bought the camera. I also drop it in my big purses with the lens cap on when I just want to have it handy during the day (mostly on weekends) and it does fine.
