I used this link up as an opportunity to clean out my Google Reader and I’m so glad I did. I know for sure that I missed out on posts from some of my favorite bloggers because I was subscribed to too many and would end up hitting the “mark all read” button far too often.
Not anymore. My Reader is all cleaned out and ready for a fresh start! I hope this helps me comment more too. I miss commenting on blog posts I really enjoy. It’s such an important aspect of blogging. I truly believe connecting with other bloggers makes you a better blogger and I’ve made some incredible relationships that all started with a blog comment!
Okay, I’ll get down to business.
One of my real-life friends I’ve met through blogging, Blue-Eyed Bride - Erin has mastered the talent of putting her thoughts into words to create one heck of a blog! She is honest, true to herself and knows just how to say the things almost-every mother wants to say. She speaks from her heart which allows thousands of people to fall in love with her through her blog. Erin and I met years ago through commenting on each others blogs. Over the years our friendship has grown into one I’m so so thankful for and I look forward to reading her posts each and every day!

How To Make Your Blog – This blog is all about blogging, building your blog into a business, how to be the best blogger you can be and the list goes on. Whether you’re a rookie blogger or a veteran, this blog is a great resource.
The Business of Being Creative – The words of Sean Low, “Everyone should be creative. Whatever your art is, it should invigorate you and bring you joy. And if it happens to be your business, it should bring you the money you need to keep being creative.” This is the best way for me to explain why I’ve been subscribing to Sean’s blog for years now. All credit to Liene of ThinkSplendid (another favorite!).
Hostess with the Mostess – Not only do I love the site for loads of inspiration for party planning and entertaining, the editor Jenn is just as sweet as the candy buffets she posts on her site!
Ritzy Bee Blog – One of my favorite wedding blogs.
Celebrity Moms – It’s my online version of trash magazines sans the trash. It’s mainly pictures without the “he said, she said, she’s knocked up by him, he’s cheating on her” crap! The pictures are mainly of celebs doing normal things and looking just like us.
Habitually Chic – I can count on Heather to deliver beautiful content each day. Whether fashion or decor, it’s swoon worthy!
Operation Nice – “Don’t you love it when people go out of their way to be nice? Like when someone waits to hold the door for you. Or when a stranger waves you into a line a traffic. Or even when a coworker shoots you a friendly smile along with a “have a nice day.” If everyone was a little bit nicer to the folks they encountered each day, perhaps the world would be a more pleasant place. Operation NICE was initiated to remind you that a little NICE goes a long way.” – Melissa from ON. It’s so refreshing to read about nice people doing nice things!

Thrifty Decor Chick – Sarah is the Thrifty Decor Chick and I just love following along with her decorating projects. The best thing about her blog is not only are the projects doable by the average semi-creative person, they are super inexpensive too! She says, “I love copying a $200 piece and making my own, but better, for less than $20.” I love being inspired to do projects around my house and not have to worry about breaking the bank doing it.
Urban Grace Interiors – Erika’s easy style is refreshing and inspiring and her design style makes me want to pick up the phone and hire her to come transform our little abode. Actually, I really really really want to win the $10,000 Makeover by Erika on TraditionalHome.com! Her twin sister’s blog, Fly Through Our Window is great too and her daughter is beyond adorable!
High Street Market – I fell in love with High Street Market when Kelly posted the Bb is for Baby shower. It was a gorgeous party with a tons of incredible detail and a beautiful mother-to-be!
Hooked on Homes – Julia shows us amazing home after amazing home. And if you’ve been reading my blog for anytime at all you know I don’t just toss around the A-word without wholeheartedly believing something is truly AMAZING. Today she is showing us the inside of Jennifer Aniston’s cozy rental house. Holy Cozy! I want to live there!

I seriously just bookmarked like every single one of these blogs! We share a few favorites (Blue Eyed Bride and Urban Grace) but I’ve never stumbled on Pepper Design or Ritzy Bee, so I can’t wait to become their new, biggest fans! Thanks for posting! Hope you and Jack had a great day today
