Mike and Linda Scanzano arrived in SO IL around 11:00 am on the 4th. My parents hosting an incredible lunch early in the day and then we heading over to the ballpark for a great ball game. Lots of good pictures too! I know that everyone probably gets tired of hearing me say “hello…over here… smile” but look what we get out it. What great pictures!
There is something so touching about watching fireworks with “I’m Proud to be an American” playing in the background. If you haven’t experienced it… you should, it’s spectacular! And, make sure to sing along with the words. You forget about all of the terrible things happening around us for a few moments and just take in how truly lucky we are to be Americans.
