Run out and buy this movie today… I loved it. Loved everything about it. No suspense, no murder… just four friends, real-life, friendship, relationships and a lesson about finding yourself and going after your dreams. Plus, it’s worth $19.99 just to see Annette Bening’s clothes and fab-u-lous accessories!!

Just to give you a sneak peek…
I think I might actually think seriously about selling an internal organ for a Hermès {handbag in picture above}… I mean I only need one kidney, right? How much do you think kidneys are going for these days? {Just kidding} And, yes, that is a Burberry leash on the dog!
After watching the movie, I’ve come to the conclusion that I think I am going to be a frighteningly-wonderful mix between Sylvie Fowler & Mary Haines when I’m finally finished with my 20s! Or at least I hope to be. {Have you figured out by now that I’m not a huge fan of the 20s?}
If I haven’t sold you yet… here is the trailer to give you a little taste…

I haven’t seen this movie yet. I wanted to see it but my stepmother said she wasn’t a fan. I’ll definitely have to rent it now, though!
I love Meg’s hair in the movie!
I cannot wait to see this movie. I wanted to see it when it was out at the theater, but never got around to it. I must run to Target and buy it!
Now I am sold on making my hubby go out to the video store! I’m confind to the bed sick tonight and a girlie flick would cheer me up.

I really wanted to see this movie when it came out but couldn’t ever get around to it…glad it got a Nina-fide endorsement!
I watched this on the plane on my way to Thailand. I liked that you never met her husband–it was all about the ladies!
Must comment on the bag–my sister who lives here in Cambodia bought a Hermes Birkin bag for $3 at a market! It is on ebay for $7000! Time to cash in on that! I can’t even stand her luck!
If you love the remake then you will love the original!! It’s so great!!! The original was made in the 30′s!
Thanks for the movie recommendation. I’ve wanted to see The Women and now I can’t wait!!

Hermes bag update…it was a fake! Duh, right? Like someone would ever part with one! Sad thing is the fake one sells for more than I would ever pay for a bag.
I am going to get this one asap!
I saw this opening weekend, and the hubs got it for me for Christmas, I absolutely ADORE it! Everything about it! Just wish I had friends such as those, I, also, am not a fan of my 20s…but alas, I have a bit to go! Perhaps they will grow on me? Doubt…I am 72 at heart! LOL! You MUST see the original from 1939 with Joan Crawford! Just delightful!
Glad to her “The Women” was good. I’ve been wanting to see it as it was filmed in the Boston area where I live.
I watched “The Women” on PPV last Friday night. LOVED it! I was soooo inspired at the end of the movie. I came away wanting a spa trip, a Hermes bag and a puppy.
