While at The Martha Stewart Show I could not help but notice how cute, comfy & chic the show staff looked in their Hunter Wellies. They either had them paired with skinny jeans or {my fave} a thick pant-type legging!
I found the perfect legging to pair with my Wellies at American Apparel – the Winter Legging in black. Love ‘em! Below is one of the Olsen twins sporting the look but only on her bottom half… I’m not feeling the biker jacket at all.
I bought the original color – Hunter Green! If the Queen of England wears her Wellies in Hunter Green then how could I wear any other color? But I love them so much already that I’m considering buying a second pair in Navy… I mean, you know how I feel about Navy blue. How couldn’t I?

I’ve always loved them but would feel a little ridiculous wearing them as an everyday shoe…If I lived on a farm I’d wear them everyday.
I tried on a pair of those and fell in love! I love its shape and they are just so dang classic! The only thing is that its so cold here that I would need to pair them with a fleece sock and my calves are too big to fit both (rowing will do that to ‘ya) Bummer! You have to post pictures of your new ensemble!
I love love love Hunter wellies, have you seen the socks Hunter makes to go in them for colder days? So cute.
I love your taste – but I’m not so sure about this one. I guess it reminds me of a sophisticated boot version of a Croc – and Crocs give me nightmares!

I absolutely love leggings! They are so comfortable! Except I have ‘The Obsession’ with Uggs.. not Wellies.

I bought the green too! And I wore mine just the other day with my black skinny jeans. I’m glad that you gave a recommendation about leggings. Although I swore I’d never wear them AGAIN (like I did in the 80s while in grade school), I think I’m going to make the purchase!

OMG!! I can’t believe someone compared these CLASSICS to crocs! LOL. I have these in Black sparkle. The sparkle is subtle…perfect for a gloomy, Chicago day.
