I don’t know if you remember but Mandy wrote the most wonderful post about me on my birthday… the nicest things anyone has ever written about me and now it’s her birthday and I know my post will never come close to comparing. But… I’m going to try!!
Here’s the thing about friendships… the real kind. Sometimes life hands you lemons but then life gives you friends like Mandy to help you stick them in your bra, set up shop or help you throw them in the face of the person that handed them to you!
She is always there to listen, to give a hug or lend a hand. She knows exactly when to join in on my sometimes overly dramatic behavior but also knows when to put me in my place. I admire her strong mind and ability to stand her ground like no other person I know. I hope to be half the mother she is to Parker and I pray every day that I will never know life without her. Not only are we best friends, we are family!
Happy Birthday, Mando. Love you with all of my heart!!
p.s. She’s also the only person I know that appreciates a fully-leaded coca-cola from a fountain in a Styrofoam cup like I do. It’s our thing!

HAPPY BRITHDAY MANDY! Nina, you are so very blessed to have such a wonderful friend and she is so lucky to have you to! I feel as if I understand your love for fountain coke. Nothing comes close to the coke at McDonald’s for me! I LOVE it and will go through drive through just to indulge myself!

Fountain REGULAR coke is my most favorite thing! I just finished one (out of a Styrofoam cup)!! You ladies are lucky to have each other!!
