If you missed my Twitter series yesterday afternoon… here are 6 Gift Ideas for Men (Boyf/husband/dad/etc).
#1: Designer Jeans. They would never buy them but will love them once they own a pair! Trust me.
#2: Shoes. Most likely he needs a new pair of loafers or gym shoes. All men do. Cole Haan’s are a fave of mine.
#3: The latest & greatest item for his favorite hobby. If he’s a golfer, golf club. Hiker, maybe a backpack.
#4: iPod with personal message engraved on the back. A little reminder of you when at work or play.
#5: Sunglasses. A nice pair! Another item most men will not buy on their own. My dad loves a good pair of RayBan’s.
#6: (Long distance) Have a full meal delivered to his home or hotel. From personal experience… it’s a HUGE hit. One resource is Impromptu Gourmet.

Thanks for this list. I’m mid-panic over what to buy my husband for his upcoming birthday, and this is helpful. From past experience, I can vouch for #1 being a popular one, but I might give those Cole Haans a try this time.

hee hee… i’ve gotten almost all of these for Todd already.
the Seven jeans were last Christmas, the sunglasses were this Father’s Day, the iPod was our first Christmas together, the golf club was for his birthday… I haven’t delivered a meal to him at work, but think I will have to do that soon!

These are great!! My daughter had a Chicago pizza delivered to her b/f – now fiance – last year after she and I visited the Windy City and ate that fabulous pizza! He loved it!!
