As most of you know, Mandy from House of Rose is pregnant with her second child & is officially in her second trimester. We are all extremely thrilled that we will have double fun when Baby Rose #2 arrives but there is one really big problem that comes along with her pregnancies. I eat more than she does when she’s pregnant… seriously! I informed our waitress of this problem last night & she thought it was pretty funny. Actually, she thought it was so funny that she went to the kitchen and told one of her co-workers and then returned to our table to tell us what she had done. Hysterical. She was super adorable & tried to tell me she does the same. Yeah right, she looked about 16, but none-the-less very sweet of her!
The reports show that men gain weight during their partner’s pregnancies…

A British research firm is reporting that the average weight gained during pregnancy is 14 pounds — and that’s by the babies’ fathers.
Five thousand male respondents to an online survey by the marketing company Onepoll, said they were eating more as their partners’ pregnancies progressed. Their reasons: eating out more frequently before the baby comes (42 percent), the increased availability of snacks around the house (41 percent), the desire to make their partner feel better about her own weight gain (25 percent) and being served larger portions — apparently by a hungry mom-to-be (20 percent).
On average, respondents said, they added about two inches to their waistlines and at least 25 percent had to go out and buy bigger pants.Only 30 percent, however, joined their partner in a diet after the baby arrived.
But, I cannot find one article about best friends gaining weight during their bf’s pregnancies. Not good.

SO funny. I eat more than pregnant people too! Such an issue… I have decided that M,T,W I cannot eat after 9 PM. Those three days were the only ones I could commit too… but late night eating ruins me! So do stacked nachos… My boyfriend thinks he wants to eat alot so he always orders a ton… but then I always kill my meal, the appetizer… and half of his meal!
