I spent some time yesterday writing a very long post on my current thoughts about blogging. I also created a wish list of materialistic items I would like in my closet. But as I was about to publish them I was startled by the tornado sirens. I immediately entered into Exit Mode. We do not have a basement so I knew I needed to get to my in-laws right away. The storm passed through our area but thankfully without major tornado activity.
After returning home and watching the news, those posts are not important today. We have lots of friends in the South that have been significantly affected by these horrible storms and tornadoes.

Please keep all of the people in the affected areas and their families in your thoughts and prayers. These storms scare me to death but the sun is shining bright on us today so let’s hope it’s a sign of better days ahead.

Prayers and thoughts of hope for the South! So thankful to hear that you and Baby are safe!
XOXO
Glad that you’re OK
My parents live in Memphis so they experienced the tornado scare yesterday too. Not fun!
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers, Nina! I live in Birmingham and I have never seen anything like this! It looks like a war zone, there is nothing left where they hit. We actually had 2 rounds of storms yesterday, one about 6:00 am and then another last night with 100 mph winds! It is so heartbreaking and this sick feeling in my stomach will not go away! It sure puts life in perspective and to know that life can change in just the blink of an eye! Thank you again for your prayers!!
Glad you are all safe. Praying for those who were affected by the storms.
