I made it to Dallas just before dinner… and my wonderful host, BWT (Brad Taylor), took me straight to Village Burger Bar. I immediately fell IN-love with the West Village and the Blue Burger

Brad and I met during our college days at SIU. I was the Teachers Assistant for the Theory of Speech Communication class and Brad was the kid that sat in the very-back row. And being the front-row type girl that I am… I wasn’t sure about him but we quickly became life-long friends!!

I haven’t been in years, but I love Dallas! I love the green-lined building and the one like a golf ball. I wish I could remember the name of the bar we went to last time. It was a lot like IVs with the writing on the wall.

The Blue Burger is the BEST! It is one of my very favorite burgers I have ever, ever had! So glad you enjoyed WV!
