We received this precious hat from some of our friends from up north. Dallas and I met in college at the Sigma Kappa house! How things have changed since those days? Ha! She so generously sent this thoughtful gift to Jack! And of course being a sucker for adorable gifts and sharing my finds with all of you, I had to post this immediately.

Here’s the skinny, the company’s name is Baby Dumpling Designs. They are located in Chicago, IL but take orders on their blog and Facebook page.

The girl hats with a tiny flower next to the initial letter are sweet and Jack will definitely need one of the anchor hats for early boating season! Don’t worry it’s not all for babies and kids, Baby Dumpling Designs makes a very cute infinity scarf out of a knit jersey for grown ups too!

Look at this pillow! Let’s start with the less obvious points – 1. the fill of the pillow was not even a real pillow insert. 2. The material was of poor quality. And then to the screaming fuchsia arrows – 1. the pillow is falling apart and it’s still living on the shelves of the store. 2. The 66% off clearance tag is $30.60. Could you even get passed the $EIGHTY NINE NINETY NINE price? Me either!

I headed over to TJMaxx and although our store is what I consider poorly stocked. I found these two striped pillows for our couch for $16.99 each. You can see the difference for yourself. Night and day.

I threw this up here for a quick visual. I’m not so sure but I do love the pillows. The pillows may end up somewhere else in our house but I’m very pleased with the quality and price from TJMaxx!

I tried to register for this handy little tool but it was sold out every time I tried to add it or even purchase it myself. I was so excited when the sweet people at ODIZ Baby Supply sent me one to try out!

I’ve tried it out on Jack a couple of times and he doesn’t even know what’s going on. Which is fantastic! And I don’t mind using it because it eliminates my fear of cutting his finger off with the nail clippers! My only compliant about this product is the packaging. Getting it out of the box was quite a challenge.
