On my way out the door to Mass this morning, two envelopes grabbed my eye. I stopped in my tracks because I noticed a familiar monogram on one envelope that held the announcement of a precious boy that we’ve all fallen in love with, John Matthew Hudson Carroll and the other envelope was marked with my best friend’s handwriting. My initial thought was that Jenna was hosting a shower for someone, which is funny since I’m the one that hosts the parties! But to my surprise, I opened the envelope and found the card above inside. The tears of joy immediately started flowing and with one little note from one my nearest and dearest friends my day was made… actually, more like my year was made!
