Let me start off by simply apologizing for the lack of posts lately. Instead of making a promise to blog once a week on Wednesday’s, let’s have a little fun and throw all schedules out the window. You may get a Bergdorf’s To Bama post on Wednesday, or it may come on Sunday. So keep tuning in to According To Nina, and I’ll keep you updated on various days. Now, on to more fun things…such as my new favorite city, Dallas.
Dallas was fan-freakin-tastic! I’m so happy that L convinced me (Widespread, the Fair, seeing Dallas…not much to be convinced about there) to head out of town for a few days. We had such a blast. 2 smooth flights and 1 v&t for me, and a rum&diet for L and we were in the big D.

Here’s some highlights…
Dinner at Craft – Love me some Tom Colicchio and the Craft risotto (and no, I’m not talking about the blue box Kraft)
Window Shopping at Highland Park Village
Sprinkle’s Cupcakes – simply amazing
Playing with my friend’s dog Bailey – I would absolutely love a dog soon.
Tailgating on a Trolley going up and down McKinney
Finding my favorite beer, Fat Tire (One day, New Belgium will distribute their oh-so-tasty beer in the Deep South)
Singing “Party In The USA” all weekend long
Playing the Alabama Fight Song on the Dart in Dallas since the TX couple in front of us was just being plain rude
Rock Band at 2AM – How I got top vocal performer is still beyond me
Seeing JB and the boys and hearing All Time Low
The State Fair – fried food anyone?
Watching my Crimson Tide defeat South Carolina (Sorry, Blue Eyed Bride)
Finding the Perfect Cowboy Boots (Thanks Kate for the suggestion on where to go!)
Dinner at Nobu
Meeting Mojito Maven
And of course, spending time with 2 of my favorite people.
I’m still worn out from a truly fabulous weekend!
