the easter bunny & a handwritten note

by Nina on February 25, 2010

Mr. Postman will be delivering a set of these to my house next week…. mine will, of course, be with long dark hair ;) As you know, I’m a HUGE fan of ABDesigns. But I’m equally as big of a fan of the designer herself, she’s an absolute joy to work with! So, click here to order yourself a set of her newest creation!! Your family & friends will LOVE the design and even more importantly the sentiment behind it.

Easter Cards by Ashley Brooke Designs

I received a lot of “I don’t normally send cards…” when I wrote about Valentine’s Day cards back in January.  You must not underestimate the value of a handwritten note! I realize over and over again that my snail-mail count has increased dramatically since I’ve been blogging. Interesting, huh? A contemporary practice leading us back to traditional ways! Something to think about.

We did love our hand-written notes from Auntie N and JH
And I must say; you are really living up to that new years resolution from the previous year!
Love you girl!!! xoxo

Love, love, LOVE this post.

I plan on dropping a lot more mail in the mailbox now that I’ve found Ashley Brooke!
But is it weird that I also judge my family and friends on the Ashley scale?
As in- do I like them enough to send them Ashley Brooke, or do they get option B?

I don’t mail handwritten notes nearly enough. But I’m stocking up on pretty notecards from Etsy so I have no excuse! A set from ABDesigns may also be in my future …

I try to write several notes a month, I hadn’t even thought about sending easter cards, that’s kind of fun!

I’m all about the snail mail. I think hand written notes are so personal and special, an email doesn’t usually make you feel that way. I love her designs, so unique and pretty!

I could not agree more – and note cards share space with all of my other obsessions!
