HOLY RUFFLES OF FABULOUSNESS…… I skipped a heart beat (a couple of times) while browsing the New Arrivals section of the J.Crew website. This is bad. Very bad. Very Very bad. This is exactly why I’ve always wished my birthday was at the beginning of Fall! I have a horrible pain in my left side, a pain of wanting every last one of these items in numerous colors. Pain killer, anyone?

I have the corsage cardigan in champagne and it is wonderful. Kate at Elefantitas Alegres put together a great outfit with it.

I love me some ruffles, but feel a bit restricted by my large bust. I think I could maybe do some of the scoop and v-neck ruffle tops, but I’m not sure about the rest. Nina and Readers: how should a large-busted lady like myself wear ruffles?

Yes, I love ruffles and so glad that pretty is back and looks to be staying around for a while. I was in Target yesterday and noticed a lot of ruffled cuteness there as well – might I suggest a ruffle-themed Target Tuesday?

Hey Nina-I always knew we were long lost fashion sistas! I LOVE RUFFLES!!! In fact, FYI…while killing a little time yesterday, I managed to stop in at Ann Taylor Loft. Let me just say lots of Ruffles there too! I picked up 2 ruffle tops, one blend tank in teal and one cotton tee in some different green color (chartreuse maybe?)! Great as stand alones OR under cardigans which AT Loft also has a plethera of!! I think that store is totally hit or miss and right now it’s a hit!
