I really don’t know how I am going to beat the wit & humor of Mandy’s post from the weekend!
After a late-night in the kitchen solving all of the world’s problems, we woke up pretty early Saturday morning and enjoyed bagels, fruit and Ian & Chris finally experienced the Cappuccinos that they have heard SO much about. By guess who?
We hit the pool for an late-morning swim and then heading over to Saluki Country for a Tour de Carbondale! Sig Kap House (where Jenna, Ann and I all became friends), Quatros Pizza, College Street, the Blue Apartments and to end the Tour we 
headed to Blue Sky Vineyard to down a few pitchers of Sangria before heading to the Miners Game. I seriously don’t know how we actually fit it all in.
After the baseball game, we had to finish the Tour de Carbondale – with the old hang-outs. Gatsby’s (where black pleather pants & animal print backless tops were In-style), Pinch Penny Pub (once pleather went out and of course, the Home of the Green Dragon) 
and a drive-by of Sidetracks (Friday Afternoon Club… need I say more)! Oh the memories… or do we really even remember half of it?

But we made the most of the day and packed in even more fun before everyone had to get on the road. G & V made their famous Sunday Morning Brunch! The Crew took on the pool once last time before breakfast and made use of the Media Room to let the gravy settle in on our bee-hinds with a showing of Housesitter with Steve Martin & Goldie Hawn. I think we laughed through the entire movie!
A couple of bags of whole made cold fried chicken, 4 bottles of water & a coffee… and they were off… Three to the North and one to the South. All in all it was a

Yea the pic at the end makes me think I need to seriously consider coming up with a rapper name. I can be soooo Ghetto after a green dragon. Seriously, had a great time. Nina many thanks to you and your family for giving us the 5 star treatment. Im glad I got to experience the SIU tour and CDale with everybody! Talk to you soon…
That last pic really sums it up! If you are looking for a rapper name, you can just put lil in front of anything and it usually works. My vote is for “Lil Smalls” or “Lil Cogski” Ha. Good times!
