Themed Gift Ideas For Kids

Themed Gift Ideas for Kids
Sometimes it can be so overwhelming to pick out a gift and I happen to think it's most stressful to choose gifts for children, starting around the age of three. They know what they like. They know what they already own. They are picky little stinkers! And you desperately want them to be excited when they open your gift. You've been there.

I have found it is much easier if I create a theme for the gift. I normally have at least one item in mind. Exactly like the farm-themed birthday gift I posted on Instagram a few weeks ago. It started with the Fisher-Price barn; and then I added the books and puzzle. I've also gifted (as shown above), a classic Tonka metal dump truck with a copy of Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site for a little boy's birthday.

Here are few other ideas you might like or hopefully will simply inspire you to create a themed-gift collection of your own for the next special birthday boy or girl on your shopping list.

*Wrapping Tip

I love the presentation of gifts wrapped like a gift basket. I have a huge roll of cellophane and striped ribbon that I keep on hand making it easy to put one of these gift collections together in no time at all.

Do you have links for these items? Am I missing them?
