Simple Mantel Design With Red Envelope and ProFlowers
I've partnered with Red Envelope and ProFlowers again to bring you some new ideas on creating mantel decorations and tablescapes this holiday season.

Decorating our home for the holidays is something I learned from my mother at a very young age. It's just want you do and as soon as possible, according to her. It really does bring the spirit of Christmas alive in our home when the lights are twinkling, the stockings are hung with care, and the smell of a Frasier Fir candle fills the air.
Simple Mantel With No FireplaceHolly Mathis's Welcome Christmas Tour was the inspiration behind my design. After seeing her mantel on Pinterest countless times, I knew I had to have the gorgeous O Holy Night canvas by the talented Lindsay Letters to be the focal point for my holiday decorations.

Along with the painting, I wanted to use greenery, reds, whites, and gold. Red Envelope had so many things I wanted for our holiday decorations, but I decided on these adorable wooden reindeer stocking holders and red and white deer stockings. I'm kind of crazy for anything with a deer design this year.
Red Envelope Mantel ReindeerThe personalization is such a special touch and they are even cuter in person. The bases are extra heavy and both pieces are very well made. I love how they look and Jack loved them this morning when they were out with our stockings for the Feast of St. Nicholas.

Just like cooking…I didn’t think you were paying attention growing up. But you must have been right? I mean you are a fabulous cook and have such an eye for design. Okay, well I would like to think I had something to do with it but really I just think you have it going on. Love you sis.

Lovely, Nina! Holly Mathis is one of my favorite people, too, and such an inspiration! I’m off to Red Envelope to check out more of what they have now!

Your mantel looks gorgeous! I love the “Oh Holy Night” print. It is one of my favorite carols. :)
