I've been on the hunt for a pair of just-the-right red jeans for a long time. Ankle length, not too skinny, not too baggy, not bootcut. You get the point.

I walked into TJMaxx the other day looking for restaurant pasta bowls and found these jeans in the most beautiful shade of red. To be completely honest, I would have paid the original price for them but the fact that I didn't have to made me love these jeans even more. Maxx price $24.99 - Jackpot! The other great thing about these jeans, NO ALTERATIONS NEEDED! Double Bonus!

I'm wearing these today with my beloved navy and white top from H&M and gold Revas. I'm sure you've noticed by now I have a tendency to buy something and wear the absolute heck out of it.

I also decided a shellac manicure in bright red was necessary.
