Sausage Tarts (or Cups) - recipe from Kate, instructions from Samma. These are always a HUGE hit! And super easy too!
Mississippi Sin Dip from The Bell's Best cookbook:
1 loaf Hawaiian bread
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/3 cup green chile peppers
Slice off top of bread and hollow loaf out (like hollowing out a pumpkin). Pour in mixture. Put top back on, wrap in foil. Bake at 350 for an hour. You will use the pieces you hollowed out as the bread for dipping. Once it comes out of oven, tear up the top of the loaf as well for dipping. *I buy an extra package of Hawaiian rolls to use for dipping, the inside of the bowl is never enough.
