After reading Fly Through Our Window’s most recent post I added this quick little list to my myAgenda and I was off to the store. To my surprise, I had to visit THREE different stores before landing two boxes of Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix. As of today at 12:30 p.m. I’m the proud owner of two boxes of muffin mix and two cans of Libby’s Pumpkin Puree. Watch out, Betty!
Have you heard there is a pumpkin shortage this year? Who knew? I had NO idea. We are surrounded by pumpkin this and pumpkin that but don’t take it for granted. Don’t wait until tomorrow for that Pumpkin Spice latte and you better buy your carving pumpkins early. Just in case!
I’ll be making these little pieces of pumpkin Heaven very soon. I was going to bake tonight so I could take them to work tomorrow but now I’m putting on my pjs and going to my parent’s house to watch Greys with my mama.

Actually the pumpkin shortage was last year…I read an article that said the pumpkin shortage is now over! Now I believe I’ll go buy 10 cans so I never go without again.
I stocked up on canned pumpkin last year and have about 15 cans just waiting to be used! : )

I think the pumpkin shortage thing is a scam
Pumpkin ANYTHING is just so amazing! There’s a small coffee shop where I live that does a Pumpkin Pie latte- with REAL pumpkin in it! I thought it sounded gross, but now I could NEVER go back to Starbucks, it just doesn’t compare. I will, however, stand in line for hours at a ‘Buck just to pick up one of their pumpkin scones; heaven!
